The company has recorded an annual turnover growth of 35% during each of the last four years. Today Sjöklint Agenturer consists of 11 full-time employees, situated in both Gothenburg and Stockholm, handling sales, distribution, administration and marketing.

What is the story behind One & Other?
An interview with the founder Lene.
With a genuine desire to contribute to the anti-fast fashion way of working, I founded One and Other in 2017. Since starting out from the kitchen counter in my house in Oslo, we have embarked on an exciting journey, where my long experience in the fashion industry has helped shape the brand. Today, One and Other has grown to become an internationally renowned brand, with shops located all over the world. Ultimately creating the perfect wardrobe for the woman who appreciates timeless pieces, lasting a lifetime.
What makes the perfect outfit for you?
To me, the perfect outfit equals high quality paired with a minimized footprint. I always choose quality and great fit over fast fashion, and as a fashion statement, I love seasons neutrals merchandised as a head-to-toe look with statement suits or coordinated separates.
How has your heritage and experience influenced your designs?
My background as a menswear tailor influences the comfort and silhouettes of the brand, as well as enhances the Scandinavian approach to the design. Strongly influenced by the Scandinavian climate, our signature pieces such as the cable knit sweater and oversized coat, are staples perfectly fit for layering. A way to embrace Scandinavian simplicity and contemporary femininity.
